Abilene Baptist Church invites you to the Day of Champions with former NFL player and University of Georgia standout David Pollack on Sunday, August 14!

All area middle and high school football teams to attend!
Every coach who attends and brings their team will get a coach’s photo with David and a free autographed football. Each team is encouraged to wear their jerseys and sit together in service. For each team that has at least 11 players present, we will make a $250 donation to their booster club. The team with the most players present will receive an additional $250 donation for a total of $500 for their booster club. Your players will also have a chance to win one of two autographed footballs immediately following service.

About david pollack
Former NFL player and University of Georgia standout David Pollack joined ESPN in June 2009 as a college football analyst. Currently, David is an analyst on ESPN College Football Primetime (Thursdays) and on College GameDay. Pollack started his broadcast career in 2008, doing studio work for CBS and hosting a sports radio talk show in Atlanta for 790 The Zone. Since joining ESPN, Pollack has contributed to a variety of programming as a college football analyst, including ESPN’s College GameDay starting in 2011, as well as College Football Live, SportsCenter and all ESPN Bowl and CFP National Championship Coverage.
As a defensive end at the University of Georgia, he was just the second Bulldog to be named a three-time All-American (Herschel Walker). In the 2005 NFL Draft, David was taken 17th overall by the Cincinnati Bengals but his NFL career was cut short after he broke a cervical vertebra in a game versus the Cleveland Browns in 2006.
